You can return your purchased, unworn and undamaged items within a 30-day withdrawal period after receiving the goods, without stating a reason. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. You can choose which shipping service provider to use for this.

If there was something wrong with the order, or an item is defective, this counts as a complaint and the return is of course free of charge. In any case, you can contact us using this form, and we will then discuss how to proceed.
